• Be a supporter of Blue Ridge Women's Center who has attended a previous Fundraising Banquet.



• Reserve a table online, by phone at 540 362 3007, or by e-mail at mail@ blueridgewoman.org.



• Invite 8-9 carefully selected guests to fill a table for 10, including the Host(s), and give each guest a ticket to the Banquet.



• Turn in your guest list on or before September 13, and let us know right away about any changes or seats that you're unable to fill.



• Be willing to share your involvement with Blue Ridge Women's Center as part of your dinner conversation with your invited guests.



• Pray faithfully for the Banquet to bring in the support that the Center will need for the coming year.

Who should I invite?
Friends, business associates, and community leaders who may not know much about Blue Ridge Women's Center, but who share our concern for the women, babies, and families of our community.

Can I only invite someone who isn't familiar with the ministry?
No, the Fundraising Banquet can also be an ideal place for those who have been casually acquainted with the Center or supported us in the past to get more deeply connected with and actively engaged in our work.

How much money is the Fundraising Banquet expected to raise?
If each person or couple you invite would pledge to give just a dollar a day for the next year, we could raise $100,000 to benefit the families we serve!

What does it cost to host a table?
The entire cost of the evening is covered by Banquet Underwriters so that everything given at the Banquet can go directly to the work of the Center. However, Table Hosts are invited to consider serving as Banquet Underwriters as well!
