Welcome to Blue Ridge Women's Center...where women and families touched by unplanned pregnancy find the support of a community that cares. Where needs meet with resources. Where "I don't know how I can have this baby" becomes "I have the support I need to do this." Where churches, businesses, and individuals from throughout the Roanoke Valley have come together to make a positive difference for over 15,000 women since 1984. Our all-female clinic staff is dedicated to providing quality care to the women of our community regardless of their age, race, religion, income level, or circumstances. Approximately 30 volunteers—including physicians, sonographers, nurses, other professionals, and trained consultants—donate their time in Client Services at the Center, while others work with our administrative staff behind the scenes.

Our free life-affirming services include pregnancy testing and verification, pregnancy dating by ultrasound, pregnancy consultation, parenting and life skills classes, maternity clothes and baby items.
